Spend a day in the countryside and taste some country life at Niemelä sheep farm where you will naturally meet the sheep and see where they live and see how yarn is made out of lamb wool. There is also a little farm shop to visit. Your visit ends in a delicious 3-course meal made out of local ingredients.

Our Bistro is named after the third matron of Varjola, Sylvi. She had a passion for picking berries and mushrooms from the forest, growing potatoes and she appreciated good cooking. Where Sylvi was always warmly welcoming visitors, we now have the pleasure to serve today’s guests in our bistro.
