HUSKY SAFARI LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

ALLCUSTOMERS NEED TO AGREE TO THIS BEFORE THE BOOKING

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that participating in a husky safari involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falling from the sled
• Collisions or loss of control
• Contact with dogs
• Cold weather, wind, snow, or changing environmental conditions
• Remote wilderness areas where immediate medical assistance may not be available

I acknowledge that these risks may result in injury, illness, hypothermia, property damage, or, in extreme cases, death.

2. Health and Physical Condition

I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the activity.
I have informed the company of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect my participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide(s).

3. Responsibility During the Activity

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions regarding dog handling, sled driving, and safety
• Respect the animals and the environment
• Not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance impairing my judgement

I understand that failure to follow instructions may increase the risk of accidents.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the husky safari, I hereby release the company, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and partners from all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Injury or accident
• Property loss or damage
• Any other harm that may occur during or resulting from the activity

This release does NOT apply to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the company.

5. Use of Photos and Videos (optional)

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of:
